Okay, is it bad that now that I've graduated college, I feel like I have WAY too much free time on my hands? I mean, I've started work at Toys R Us, and I've been there for almost a month now, but until the busy season starts, I'm not getting a lot of hours. Plus, I won't get a lot of hours anyway, solely for the fact that I'm one of the newest hires. So meanwhile, I sit at home most days and twiddle my thumbs.
I did find some really good news the other day though: Blade & Soul, a martial arts action fantasy MMORPG from NCsoft, has officially been announced for a western localization. So, we'll be seeing that game soon enough. To those of you who know me better than you should, you know that Blade & Soul is the game that, several years ago, I declared to be the "last MMO I'll ever play". What if the game is a total bust? Well then shit, I guess I'm done with MMOs forever. It's honestly a money sink anyway, so until we get some Sword Art Online/Accel World technology, Blade & Soul will just have to be the final MMO I play.
Also, I was excited about this. I actually found the news and posted it up before MMOSite, which many of you might know, is probably the biggest portal for MMORPG news on the internet. So when I beat them by posting it to ggFTW first, my smuggery hit its peak. Here's the link to the article:
